We are recruiting exceptional Hotel Security Officers for diverse positions across prestigious five‑star hotels, including Bar Security, Lobby & Patrol Cover, Event Security, and Duty Security Officer roles. As guests’ initial point of contact, you will ensure their safety and well-being while maintaining a discreet and unobtrusive security presence that aligns with the luxury environment.

• Maintain a professional yet discreet security presence throughout hotel lobbies, bars, and public areas.
• Welcome and assist guests with exemplary courtesy and attentiveness.
• Observe guest conduct to ensure a secure and refined atmosphere.
• Perform regular security patrols to prevent incidents and safeguard hotel premises.
• Address security concerns, disturbances, or emergencies with prompt efficiency and appropriate discretion.
• Collaborate effectively with hotel management and personnel to uphold superior security protocols and guest service standards.
• Implement venue policies with tact and diplomacy, employing sophisticated conflict resolution techniques when necessary.

• ESSENTIAL: Must hold a Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence.
• Immaculate personal presentation and exceptional interpersonal communication abilities.
• Prior security experience within luxury hospitality environments, fine dining establishments, or front‑of‑house positions preferred (Comprehensive training provided).
• Superior situational awareness and proactive risk assessment capabilities.
• Demonstrated composure and professional demeanour when managing challenging circumstances.
• Customer service excellence, with a commitment to creating an environment where guests feel both secure and warmly welcomed.

• Premium compensation package ranging from £12.30 – £15.30 hourly, based on experience and venue location.
