• Anticipate clients' needs and problems before they arise, ensuring their expectations are met and exceeded each day.
• Be a visible, customer‑focused professional, greeting and engaging with visitors.
• Deliver a consistent professional service at all times.
• Communicate visitor/client arrivals to the relevant person promptly.
• Maintain a high level of security awareness at all times.
• Undertake patrols and inspections in accordance with management instructions.
• Use relevant communications equipment efficiently, requiring good communication skills.
• Ensure all health and safety policies are adhered to.
• Prevent un‑authorised persons from entering prohibited areas.
• Issue visitor passes following agreed processes and procedures.
• Maintain an accurate record of any incidents that occur.

• Professional, highly driven, flexible, enthusiastic, proactive, and self‑motivated team player.
• Smart, confident, with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with people at all levels.
• Immaculate presentation with clear, concise, and confident communication skills focused on customer service.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Computer literate with good written and verbal communication skills.
• Findable by vetting for the past 5 years or since leaving compulsory education.
• Willingness to provide support to the wider team when required.
• Current SIA license.
