Role: PAM Consultant

Career Level: Consultant / Specialist

Location: London / hybrid

Travel/Mobility Requirement: Flexibility to travel to client site where required.

Please Note: Due to the nature of client work you will be undertaking, you will need to be willing to go through a Security Clearance process as part of this role, which requires 5+ years UK address history at the point of application.

• Design and implement scalable Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions tailored to client environments, covering policies, processes, and tooling
• Lead the deployment and configuration of PAM platforms (e.g. Cyber Ark, Beyond Trust), ensuring seamless integration with enterprise systems
• Identify and assess risks related to privileged access, defining and implementing effective mitigation strategies
• Strengthen security posture by proactively managing vulnerabilities across privileged accounts
• Ensure PAM solutions align with regulatory requirements and industry standards (e.g. SOX, GDPR, PCI-DSS, HIPAA)
• Define, implement, and enforce PAM governance frameworks, policies, and best practices

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field
• Strong experience in IT security, with a focus on Privileged Access Management (PAM)
• Hands‑on experience with leading PAM solutions (e.g. Cyber Ark, Beyond Trust, Thycotic/Delinea)
• Experience working in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and understanding of cloud‑specific PAM requirements
• Strong understanding of PAM principles, controls, and best practices
• Solid knowledge of IAM concepts, security frameworks, and regulatory requirements

• Master’s degree or advanced academic qualification
• Experience with scripting and automation (e.g. Power Shell, Python) to support PAM operations
• Strong problem‑solving mindset with the ability to work effectively under pressure
• Clear communication and documentation skills, with the ability to engage technical and non‑technical stakeholders
