As a Security Supervisor, you will lead and coordinate the team responsible for maintaining safe, welcoming and inclusive neighbourhoods across Holborn, Clerkenwell, Farringdon, Bloomsbury and St Giles.

Your leadership will help create a secure environment that enhances the experience of everyone who lives in, works in, or visits our district.

Your duties include (but are not limited to):

• Directly manage officers, setting clear targets, standards, and performance expectations
• Act as the primary liaison for the client, building strong relationships and ensuring service expectations are met
• Produce accurate and timely reports
• Provide ongoing staff management and coaching
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders
• Maintain and update process documentation and the team training matrix
• Develop reporting functions to deliver data and insights to the client
• Drive achievement across all operational targets, including engagement visits, incident reporting, and compliance with static role requirements

Full in-house training will be provided.

• Valid SIA Licence
• UK Manual Driving Licence
• Supervisor or Management experience
• Right to work in the UK and a five-year checkable history
• Punctual and reliable
• Passionate about creating an expectational customer experience
• Knowledge of the MS packages (excel, word, outlook)
• Highly intuitive with a curious mindset
• Highly presentable in line with our corporate brand
• Resilient and pro-active in your work
