Security officer

Pay Rate – £15 per hour.

Location –

Heathrow

Shift Timings – Up to 42hrs a week, days and nights

Duties
- securing the premises and personnel by staying on patrol, monitoring surveillance equipment, performing building inspections, guarding entry points, and verifying visitors

Your main responsibilities may include:

Security of the airport restricted zone – access control.

X-ray screening of staff and passenger bags, both hold and cabin baggage.

Bag and body search of staff and passengers.

Vehicle search/checks.

Patrolling the airport perimeter.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following

:

Valid SIA License

Good communication skills

Be willing to stand/patrol

Customer service experience

Be friendly and approachable

Be vigilant, and willing to carry out all tasks

5-year checkable work/career history.

Experience in a similar role, would an advantage

Physically fit to undertake given tasks.

Possess the ability to work under pressure.
