Residential Security Nights

Bespoke Britannia is supporting a high-profile client in the Kensington area who is looking to expand their professional security team. We are seeking experienced Residential Security Officers with a strong background in private household security or RST. This is a prestigious role that requires discretion, adaptability, and exceptional attention to detail.

Job Role

You will be responsible for maintaining the safety and integrity of a large private residence, working as part of a small, close-knit team. Key duties include:

• Regular patrols and full lock/unlock procedures
• Detailed handovers covering keys, phones, access cards, logs, and H&S notes
• Monitoring and responding to CCTV, intruder and fire alarm systems
• Managing residential systems and security infrastructure throughout the shift
• Promptly reporting and escalating any observations, however minor
• Supporting estate operations as needed – this is a hands‑on, team‑first role

Package

• £300 per 12-hour shift 6am-6pm
• Week on/Off
• No accommodation provided
• Paid monthly – last working day of each month
• Immediate start available for the right candidate

• Residential Security Team (RST) experience is essential
• Excellent interpersonal skills – professional, calm, and articulate
• Must live within commutable distance of Kensington
• Must hold a valid SIA Licence (legal requirement)
• Flexibility to cover occasional shift changes or sickness (rare, but possible)
• Confident working independently while being a strong team player
• Self‑employed / LTD company status required
• You must hold valid Public Liability Insurance (annual requirement)
