We’re looking for a professional, customer‑focused Security Officer to join our team at NBCUniversal in London.
Working within one of the world's leading entertainment and media organisations, you’ll play a vital role in protecting people, property and exclusive content while delivering outstanding customer service. This is a varied and rewarding role where you’ll work as part of a professional security team, supporting daily operations across the site and helping to maintain a safe, secure and welcoming environment for employees, visitors and VIP guests.
From managing access control and conducting security patrols to monitoring CCTV, responding to incidents and supporting exclusive film screenings and events, you’ll be at the heart of site security operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Security Officer, you’ll help maintain a safe and secure environment for employees, visitors and client assets. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing access control and issuing security passes.
- Conducting internal and external security patrols.
- Monitoring CCTV systems and responding to security incidents.
- Providing a professional Front of House presence and excellent customer service.
- Supporting emergency responses, including fire evacuations and first aid incidents.
- Escorting VIP visitors and supporting site events and exclusive screenings.
- Protecting confidential information and exclusive media content.
- Completing incident reports and ensuring compliance with site procedures, health and safety, and GDPR.
We’re looking for a professional and customer‑focused Security Officer who can remain calm under pressure and deliver exceptional service. You’ll have:
- A valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence and SIA CCTV Licence.
- A current First Aid at Work qualification.
- Previous experience in a corporate security environment.
- Experience with access control systems.
- Strong customer service, communication and IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
- A professional approach, excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work a rotating shift pattern, including weekends and support site events when required.
