Full‑time Loss Prevention Associate at UNIQLO Spitalfields.

Hours:

Full‑time, 37.5hours (5‑7 days a week)
• Flexibility:
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
• Salary: £15.85 per hour starting rate.

• Train store employees on LP and safety policies and procedures and ensure compliance.
• Detect and capture shoplifters according to company protocol.
• Prepare incident, accident and investigation reports according to company guidelines.
• Assist management in the investigation of employee policy and procedure violations.
• Ensure complete confidentiality of current and past investigations and outcomes.
• Participate in special projects and events as assigned.
• Support day‑to‑day store running and inventory accuracy.

• Basic knowledge of computer applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a high‑performing team.
• Approachable and comfortable talking to a range of customers and employees.
• Exceptional organisational, communication and time‑management skills.
• Desire to challenge yourself and constantly grow and develop.
