Job Overview

TK Maxx at TJX Europe is a Fortune 100 off‑price retailer looking for a Loss Prevention Officer to help keep customers, associates and assets safe. The role is based in the UK store located at 84 Broadway, Bexleyheath.

• Support a positive customer experience by being a visible, friendly presence at the entrance doors.
• Deterr loss on the sales floor and act as an ambassador for the loss prevention function.
• Collaborate with the store team to maintain product security and run effective conflict resolution when required.
• Remain calm and professional under pressure and communicate clearly.
• Be self‑motivated, resilient and driven to make a difference.

• Experience in a customer‑facing retail environment or security guard role (ideal but not essential).
• Ability to remain calm, professional and composed under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
