Construction Security & Support Officer

Servis Facilities are seeking professional Corporate Security/Concierge Officers to protect our customer’s site, assets and personnel. You will be a visual deterrent on site to help prevent any theft, damage, or other illegal activities taking place.

• SIA Licensed is mandatory
• Personal presentation of a very high standard
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in a customer facing role
• Good Organisational skills
• Computer literate
• High level of professionalism
• Reliable with excellent time keeping and attendance
• Ability to use initiative and be adaptable
• Ability to work effectively on your own and as part of a team

• Experience working with the Security industry
• Enthusiastic and willing to develop new skills

Typical duties will include safeguarding the client's assets, maintaining high levels of security, assisting with general business occurrences, handling enquiries, liaising directly with the client and the Servis Management Team. Your duties would include, but are not limited to, access control, reporting incidents and patrolling. Customer care and service excellence are high on the agenda and therefore it is crucial that you are able to demonstrate your understanding and experience of these key elements.

Operatives must provide a warm, welcoming but highly visible presence from the offset. We are looking for vibrant and social individuals, with a positive outlook and who are keen to progress and achieve within their role. Operatives must be confident and forward‑thinking, with clear communication skills both written and verbal.
