Location: Greater London
Chartwells Independent in Central London is seeking a Healthcare Security Manager to lead the Medirest Security Team, safeguarding patients, staff and visitors in a hospital setting.
You will develop a skilled security workforce, oversee CCTV operations, manage rotas and payroll, and ensure compliance with NHS, CQC, SIA and relevant legislation while supporting clinical teams with de‑escalation and safe restraint where necessary.
