About the Role:

We're looking for a calm, confident and service-led Security Team Member to help create a safe, welcoming and smoothly run guest environment, with a strong focus on our vibrant rooftop bar.

You'll balance visible reassurance with discreet professionalism, supporting great guest flow, responsible service and positive experiences at every touchpoint.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Maintain a calm, reassuring and professional presence across our guest-facing areas
• Manage rooftop bar access, queues and guest flow, ensuring capacity limits are respected
• Support responsible alcohol service and welfare monitoring, escalating concerns to management when appropriate
• Respond promptly to incidents, guest concerns, lost property and welfare situations with empathy and sound judgement
