Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and vigilant Door Supervisor/Security professional to ensure the safety and security of our premises, staff, and visitors. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for monitoring access points, maintaining a secure environment, and providing excellent customer service. Your proactive approach will help prevent incidents, manage crowds effectively, and uphold the safety standards of our venue.

• Control access to the venue by verifying identification and checking tickets or passes for all guests, staff, and contractors
• Conduct surveillance using CCTV systems to monitor activity across the premises and identify potential security issues
• Implement loss prevention strategies by observing suspicious behavior and intervening when necessary
• Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies, providing first aid when required and coordinating with emergency services as needed
• Enforce venue policies and manage crowd control during busy periods or special events to ensure a safe environment for all attendees
• Perform regular patrols of the premises to identify hazards, check security equipment, and maintain overall safety standards
• Document incidents accurately through detailed reports and logs for future reference and ongoing security assessments

• Proven experience in security, surveillance, or loss prevention roles is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
• Knowledge of CCTV operation and surveillance techniques to monitor activity effectively
• Ability to respond calmly and efficiently in emergency situations, including administering first aid if necessary
• Strong observational skills with an eye for detail to detect suspicious behavior or potential threats
• Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with guests, staff, and emergency responders
• Valid security license or certification as required by local regulations (if applicable)
• Physical fitness to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods during shifts
