Mitie Group plc is seeking an experienced Security Team Leader to support security operations at a prestigious corporate site. You will lead shifts, coordinate officers and manage control room activities to maintain exceptional service standards.
The role requires strong SIA licences (Door Supervisor and CCTV), excellent communication, and the ability to oversee access control, patrols and incident response. You will also support the Security Supervisor and mentor junior officers.
