Complex Manager, 55's Housing

• Provide a professional, resident-focused management service within Over 55s housing schemes
• Act as the first point of contact for residents
• Assist with tenancy-related housing management matters
• Help ensure residents feel safe, secure and well cared for
• Manage building access for residents, contractors and visitors
• Act as a key-holder
• Maintain security of communal areas and facilities
• Respond to emergencies
• Identify and elevate safeguarding concerns
• Work closely with internal teams to deliver effective resident services
• Cover other schemes in the area as required

• Excellent customer care skills
• Understanding of housing management and safeguarding
• Calm under pressure, well organised, flexible and confident communicating with a wide range of people
• Good IT skills
• Ideally experience in housing, facilities or building management
• Understanding of tenancy management and safeguarding
• Ability to travel across the region as required
• Ability to cover other schemes in the area
• Basic Criminal Record Check Clearance
• Eligible to work in the UK; visa sponsorship is not offered
• Required to reside in England or Wales for the duration of employment

Demonstrates expertise in housing management and safeguarding, ensuring a resident-focused approach while maintaining security and effective communication. Capable of managing tenancy-related matters and responding to emergencies in a calm and organized manner.
