Reports to the relevant Bidvest Noonan Account Director or senior operational lead, with day-to-day functional direction from Northern Trust Global Physical Security Services (GPSS).

The role has direct responsibility for security service delivery at 50 Bank Street and provides operational coordination and support for designated security activities across EMEA.

To lead the day-to-day delivery of contracted physical security services at Northern Trust's 50 Bank Street office and act as the principal operational link between Bidvest Noonan and Northern Trust GPSS.

The Account Manager will ensure consistent standards, effective incident response, strong people leadership, contractual performance and continuous improvement. Although based at 50 Bank Street and outside the Security Control Centre (SCC) structure, the role will work closely with the SCC and support the coordination, governance and delivery of designated EMEA-wide security operations.

• Lead the day-to-day delivery of physical security services at 50 Bank Street, including guarding, access control, patrols, contractor and visitor processes, incident response and support to life-safety arrangements.
• Ensure operations are delivered in accordance with Northern Trust policies, site procedures, Assignment Instructions, contractual requirements and applicable legislation.
• Maintain effective operational coverage, site readiness and service continuity through regular reviews, inspections and corrective action.
• Act as the principal on-site escalation point for security incidents, service issues and urgent business requirements.

• Support the organisation and delivery of contracted security operations at designated EMEA locations, as directed by GPSS.
• Act as a conduit between GPSS, Bidvest Noonan management and regional guarding teams, helping to coordinate priorities, instructions, service issues and follow‑up actions.
• Provide practical guidance and support to local supervisors and guarding teams, promoting consistent operating standards, reporting, training and service delivery.
• Coordinate regional staffing escalations, short‑term deployments, contingency arrangements, holiday and sickness cover, and other operational support requirements where assigned.
• Support regional mobilisation, transition, onboarding, training and service‑improvement activity when guarding arrangements or operational requirements change.
• Assist with regional incidents, investigations, assurance reviews, executive visits, major events and periods of elevated threat.
• Undertake periodic travel to EMEA locations for operational reviews, stakeholder engagement, training and assurance activity where required.

• Coordinate the local response to security incidents, emergencies and business disruptions, escalating promptly to GPSS and the SCC in accordance with agreed thresholds.
• Ensure incident records are timely, accurate and complete, with appropriate investigation, evidence management, root‑cause review and corrective‑action tracking.
• Support crisis management, partner accountability, welfare and emergency communication activity where requested by GPSS.
• Participate in exercises, testing and after‑action reviews, and ensure agreed improvements are embedded into operating procedures.
• Review and act upon relevant intelligence products, threat notifications and security advisories issued by GPSS or the SCC.
