This role requires successful candidates to obtain police vetting and Community Safety Accreditation Scheme (CSAS) accreditation. In accordance with police vetting requirements, applicants must normally have been resident in the UK for the preceding three years to enable the required Non-Police Personnel Vetting checks to be completed. Applicants who do not meet this requirement may be unable to obtain the necessary police vetting and therefore may not be eligible for CSAS accreditation.

Successful applicants will be required to undergo CSAS vetting as part of the appointment process. CSAS (Community Safety Accreditation Scheme) vetting is a police-led background check that assesses an individual’s suitability to carry out accredited security and community safety duties. This includes identity verification, employment and address history checks, and a review of relevant criminal records to ensure the highest standards of integrity, professionalism, and public trust.
