Festive Events Security and Stewarding

A Family oriented event based in West London running from October the 16th through to January the 3rd. This event is 100% based outside and all roles will require you to be prepared for this. You will be ensuring the safety and well-being of everyone who falls under your responsibility (including customers, staff and the public in your area).

The job requires you to work as part of a team and be responsible for providing first-class customer service, whilst ensuring the safety, security and health and safety of all attendees, contractors and staff.

• General patrolling and securing the areas
• Conduct bag searches and crowd profiling
• Prevent unlawful entry into venues and ensure safe entry and exit of visitors
• Undertake the necessary legal restraints and control in a professional manner
• Interact with members of the public and act with integrity and honesty while treating people with respect in challenging situations
• Responsible for greeting customers and employees in a professional and courteous manner

• Break areas with access to hot and cold drinks and toilets
• Tickets to the event for friends and family
• Free parking
• Short shifts with afternoon start times
• Access to food vendors
• relaxed uniform requirements

• A valid SIA licence - Door Supervisor / Security Guarding
• Good communication skills
• Proven customer service skills
• Reliable and punctual
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Prepared to work outside in all weather conditions
