As a Security Officer at Olympia, you'll be part of a single team trusted to keep the whole estate safe — whether that's welcoming people at the front door, patrolling the public realm and event spaces, or securing the loading bay and logistics operation.

We're looking for experienced, proactive Security Officers who take pride in their work, deliver excellent customer service and can confidently handle the challenges of a busy, high-profile environment.

You'll receive training to ensure you can perform confidently in any area you're deployed. As part of the role, flexibility is essential, and you'll support the operational needs of the business by working across different areas as required.

£18.00 per hour

Full-time

12-hour shifts, 4 on 4 off days and nights, average 42 hours per week.

The Supervisor at Olympia is responsible for the effective management and leadership of the Security Officers, ensuring the safety and security of the area. This role involves overseeing daily operations, coordinating team activities, ensuring compliance with security protocols, and acting as the primary point of contact for logistics security matters. The Supervisor will foster a culture of professionalism, service excellence, and continuous improvement within the team.

As part of a skilled team of SIA licenced security and customer service professionals, you will be motivated, approachable, flexible, and dependable. You will demonstrate service excellence through all interactions with stakeholders, including our customer, resident businesses, and members of the public. This role is about more than just security; it’s about making a difference through supporting our customers in their local community.
