We are recruiting an experienced Electrical Engineer to work within social housing properties across London. Key Responsibilities

* Carry out electrical repairs, installations, maintenance and testing within social housing properties

* Complete EICRs, remedial works, fault finding and upgrades

* Work in compliance with BS 7671 and all electrical safety standards

* Deliver a high-quality, customer-focused service to tenants

* Maintain accurate job records and documentation

* Ensure safe working practices across all tasks

Required Qualifications & Experience

* Level 2 / Level 3 Electrical Engineering qualification (essential)

* AM2 qualification (essential)

* Experience working in social housing, domestic electrical repairs, maintenance, or EICR testing (preferred)

* Full UK driving licence

* Strong understanding of electrical safety and regulations

Desirable Qualifications

* City & Guilds 2391 (Inspection & Testing) or equivalent

* Additional electrical certifications or specialist courses
