Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM Property company based in Battersea, South West London. I am currently recruiting for an Mechanical Maintenance Engineer / plumber to be based at a large residential estate situated by Battersea, South West London. The successful candidate will be a fully qualified Mechanical Maintenance Engineer or plumber with a proven track record in commercial / property building maintenance.

He or she will be required to carry out M&E/Fabric planned and reactive maintenance / Installation across this large static site.

Working with the maintenance team on site (3 Engineers). He or she will be required to have an understanding/hands on experience of the below. Our client is happy to consider mechanical engineers or plumbers who have completed their apprenticeships (Must have C&G Level 2 as a minimum) who have some commercial building maintenance experience but want to learn. Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast, Control panel, Power distribution)
Emergency lighting
Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
Chillers - Re-set
Water Treatment (Temperature checks)
Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)
UPS Systems - Monitor / Take readings
General building fabric
Statatory Compliance
HIU'sHours of work

Monday to Friday - 08:00am to 17:00pm (40 hour week)

Requirements

Mechanically or Plumbing qualified - You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2
A proven track record in commercial or property maintenance
High End Residential Experience
Excellent customer service skills
Happy to cover a large estate
Honest, hard working and reliable Package

£40,000 depending on experience
Overtime available
23 days holiday + BH
