Position: Electrical Supervisor (Temporary)
Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Working Electrical Supervisor with strong fit-out project experience to oversee and actively participate in electrical works on a long-term project based at 25 Baker Street, London. The successful candidate will combine hands-on electrical duties with supervisory responsibilities, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

* Supervise and coordinate electrical operatives and subcontractors on site

* Carry out hands-on electrical installation and fit-out works

* Ensure works are delivered in line with drawings, specifications, and programme

* Maintain high standards of health & safety and site compliance

* Liaise with site management, contractors, and other trades

* Conduct toolbox talks and daily briefings

* Monitor progress, quality control, and resolve site issues

* Ensure materials, tools, and labour are effectively managed

Requirements

* Proven experience as a Working Electrical Supervisor

* Strong background in commercial fit-out projects

* Recognised electrical qualifications (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)

* Valid Gold or Black CSCS Card

* SSSTS or SMSTS (preferred)

* Strong knowledge of electrical regulations and site procedures

* Ability to lead teams while remaining hands-on
