Permanent Role | £40,000 + Package

We are currently seeking an experienced Working Foreman to join our team on a permanent basis. This is a hands-on role working across a mixture of fit-out and refurbishment projects, ranging from small works to larger schemes.

The Role

* Managing and running smaller projects independently

* Supervising site activities and coordinating trades

* Working on the tools when required

* Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard

* Liaising with site teams, subcontractors, and management

Requirements

* Proven experience as a Working Foreman or similar supervisory role

* Strong background in fit-out and refurbishment projects

* Able to manage multiple tasks and smaller projects confidently

* Willing and capable of being hands-on on site

* Good communication and organisational skills

* Full UK driving licence
