A high end residential building contractor have an immediate need for a Finishing Foreman to work on a luxurious project in South West London.

The company have been around since the 1980’s, initially carrying out small extensions and alterations within the high end residential sector. Over the years they have continuously evolved, and are one of the most reputable builders in the high end residential sector carrying out prestigious projects to the highest quality.

They carry out new build developments, refurbishment projects, extensions and alterations throughout South West London and the surrounding areas. Regardless of the project, the aim remains the same; to exceed their clients’ high expectations. Client focus and an uncompromising attitude to quality of finish are the driving forces behind the success of their business.

The project in SW London comprises 21 high end luxury apartments over 4 storeys, built on top of a sports and leisure club which is part of a Tennis Clubs complex. They are looking for a Finishing Foreman that has experience working on luxury residential projects with exceptional attention to detail and a strong eye for very high end finishes.

Finishing Foreman Requirements:

• Experience working on luxury residential projects
• Strong attention to detail with an eye for very high end finishes
• Ideally come from a carpentry background
• CSCS Card
• Able to commute to SW London on a daily basis
• Available to start at short notice

What We Offer:

Salary: £200 - £220 per day
