About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Automatic Door Engineer to join our team, covering London and the surrounding regions. You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, servicing, and repair of a wide range of automatic door systems, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with industry safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

* Install, service, and repair automatic doors, swing doors, sliding doors, and associated access control systems.

* Perform routine maintenance and safety checks in accordance with industry standards.

* Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs on-site.

* Provide excellent customer service while working independently or as part of a team.

* Maintain accurate job records and complete required documentation.

* Ensure compliance with health & safety procedures at all times.

* Participate in an on-call rota if required (with additional pay).

Requirements

* Previous experience as an automatic door engineer or similar role.

* Knowledge of automatic door systems (e.g., sliding, swing, revolving).

* Ideally certified with ADSA or equivalent (advantageous but not essential depending on experience).

* Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.

* Full UK driving licence.

* Good communication and customer-facing skills.

* Ability to work independently across London and surrounding areas.
