Position: Plumber / Heating Engineer

Plumber / Heating Engineer – Sutton – £45K+ + Van + Weekly Pay

Package:

 * £40,000 basic salary + £5,000 call-out retainer

* 1-in-5 call-out rota (£450 standby + x1.5 Mon–Sat / x2 Sun, paid door-to-door)

* Regular overtime available (typically £5K+ annually)

* Weekly PAYE payments

* 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays

* Company van with fuel card, all tools, PPE, mobile phone, and tablet supplied

* Pension scheme (3% employer / 5% employee)

The Role:

* Servicing and maintaining domestic and commercial plumbing installations

* Working on HIUs, district heating systems, and plant room equipment

* Completing plumbing repairs and new installations within flats and high-rise buildings

* Covering South London and nearby areas

Requirements:

* NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Plumbing

* Background in both domestic and commercial environments

* Understanding of HIUs and district heating networks

* Full UK driving licence
