Responsibilities

Maintain and repair plumbing systems across commercial facilities located in London.
Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues efficiently and effectively.
Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.
Collaborate with team members and clients to deliver exceptional service.
Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.

Qualifications

City & Guilds Level 2 in Plumbing or equivalent qualification.
Proven experience in commercial plumbing.
Full UK driving license.
Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Day-to-Day

Travel to client sites across London to perform plumbing maintenance and repairs.
Assess and troubleshoot plumbing systems to identify issues.
Provide professional advice and recommendations to clients.
Ensure all work is completed to the highest standard within agreed time frames.
Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle in good working order.
