£40,000–£45,000 Basic | OTE £50,000–£55,000
We are recruiting 4 experienced Domestic Gas Breakdown Engineers to work across social housing properties within the M25.
The Role
* Attending domestic gas breakdowns and reactive repairs
* Fault finding and diagnostics on boilers and heating systems
* Working in occupied social housing properties
* One weekday on-call rota
* 1 weekend in 5 call-out
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years’ domestic gas breakdown experience
* Gas Safe registered (CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1 essential)
* Strong diagnostic and first-time fix skills
* Experience in social housing preferred
* Full UK driving licence
Package
* £40k–£45k basic salary
* OTE £50k–£55k with call-out & overtime
