Multiskilled Engineer

Multiskilled Engineer Wandsworth £45,000-£50,000 We are recruiting a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer to work for a large, well-established Facilities Management company at a commercial building in Wandsworth. This is a Monday to Friday role, offering long-term stability, structured training, and genuine career progression.

Key Responsibilities:

Planned and reactive maintenance across a large commercial site Fault finding and repairs on mechanical and electrical systems Maintenance of HVAC, lighting, power, plumbing, and building fabric Ensure all works are completed in line with health & safety standards Support site compliance and statutory requirements Work closely with the on-site team and external contractors Requirements:
Experience in commercial building maintenance Multiskilled background with either electrical or mechanical bias Relevant qualifications (City & Guilds / NVQ or equivalent preferred) Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently Whats on
