A well-established and respected Facilities Management company is looking for a skilled and proactive Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join their team at a flagship commercial building. This is a permanent, full-time role ideal for someone who takes pride in their work and is confident delivering both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs in a client-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out all aspects of electrical maintenance, including lighting, power, distribution boards, and control panels
Complete regular PPM tasks in line with SFG
20 schedules and maintain compliance documentation
Respond to and resolve reactive issues and emergency faults quickly and safely
Perform emergency lighting and fire alarm testing, inspection & testing, and small electrical installations
Support minor mechanical and building fabric works when required
Liaise with site staff and contractors while upholding high service standards

Candidate Requirements:
NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671) – essential
2391 or equivalent Testing & Inspection (advantageous)
Previous experience working in a commercial FM environment
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of an on-site team
