Temporary - 3 months (Long-term opportunity) About the Role We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Joiner to work on social housing properties across North Yorkshire, based in Harrogate. This is a hands-on role requiring a proactive individual with strong joinery skills and a background in property maintenance.

Key Responsibilities Carry out kitchen installations, bathroom work, and flooring remedial. Install and maintain fire doors and complete general joinery maintenance tasks Ensure all work meets safety and compliance standards Report daily to the manager on progress and any issues Deliver high-quality workmanship and a high level of customer service Requirements Proven joinery experience in maintenance (essential) Ability to work independently and manage your own workload Must have own van and tools Full UK driving licence (Ideally Clean) No formal qualifications required, but practical experience is essential.
