We are looking for an experienced Active Fire Supervisor for a series of contracts across London and the South‑East. RGE is a rapidly growing Fire and Electrical compliance business, with a fantastic reputation with clients and a great track record in investing in staff to help them advance their careers. Responsibilities- Supervise the effective day‑to‑day management of the contract
- Carry out certification validation
- Develop a strong collaborative working relationship with engineers to promote excellent customer service
- Provide technical knowledge to the wider team
- UK Driving Licence (required)
- SSSTS (preferred but not required)
- At least 2 years’ proven experience supervising
- Experience with a range of different products and manufacturers, with at least 3 years’ experience surveying, installing and servicing Fire Alarm Systems
- Customer‑orientated, with the ability to adapt and respond to clients in different situations
- Good attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and manage time effectively
- A passion to continue to learn and develop skills
- Desire to install and maintain services to the highest standards
- Experience reviewing risk assessments and managing remedial works
- Competence in surveying, maintenance inspections, completing installation works directly
- Experience supervising internal staff and subcontractors to complete installation works
- Ability to build and develop a team, training staff to complete a range of Security Works under supervision
- Monday - Friday, 08:00–17:00 with a one‑hour lunch break
