We are looking for an experienced Active Fire Supervisor for a series of contracts across London and the South‑East. • Supervise the effective day‑to‑day management of the contract
• Carry out certification validation
• Develop a strong collaborative working relationship with engineers to promote excellent customer service
• Provide technical knowledge to the wider team

• UK Driving Licence (required)
• SSSTS (preferred but not required)
• At least 2 years’ proven experience supervising
• Experience with a range of different products and manufacturers, with at least 3 years’ experience surveying, installing and servicing Fire Alarm Systems
• Customer‑orientated, with the ability to adapt and respond to clients in different situations
• Good attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and manage time effectively
• A passion to continue to learn and develop skills
• Desire to install and maintain services to the highest standards
• Experience reviewing risk assessments and managing remedial works
• Competence in surveying, maintenance inspections, completing installation works directly
• Experience supervising internal staff and subcontractors to complete installation works
• Ability to build and develop a team, training staff to complete a range of Security Works under supervision

• Monday - Friday, 08:00–17:00 with a one‑hour lunch break
