Your new role As a Homelessness Housing Officer, you’ll manage allocations and lettings, tenancy management, and address anti-social behaviour for properties funded through Housing First and Foundations initiatives. You’ll work closely with support agencies and internal teams to ensure tenancy sustainment, provide welfare advice, and help customers enjoy peaceful occupation of their homes. This role involves multi-agency collaboration, court attendance for enforcement actions, and contributing to service reviews and improvements.
