Redbridge Children and Families Services was recently rated Outstanding by Ofsted for the second time and is now recruiting into its Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) as part of the DfE Families First for Children Pathfinder Programme.

As a Family Support Worker you will:

• Support families to access the right help at the right time to overcome challenges, stay together and thrive.
• Provide multi‑agency safeguarding arrangements to protect children and young people from harm.
• Conduct home visits, offer community resource referrals and work directly with children in challenging situations.
• Participate in a dynamic, thriving and highly supportive working environment with ongoing training, monthly supervision and performance management review.
