Assistant Team Manager - Children's FSP Team - Oxfordshire

Your new company Oxfordshire County Council is seeking an experienced Assistant Team Manager (ATM) to join the Family Solutions Plus (FSP) Team. This is a fantastic locum opportunity for a motivated and knowledgeable practitioner who is passionate about safeguarding and supporting children, young people, and families. Your new role As ATM, you'll support the delivery of high-quality social care practice-with no case-holding responsibilities-providing supervision and oversight across complex safeguarding and long-term work.

No case-holding Hybrid working:
Minimum 2 office days (Thursday required)

Hours:

Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm (4pm finish on Fridays)

Didcot & Henley Family Solutions Plus Team

Contract:

3 months, full time (37 hours) What you'll need to succeed You'll be a confident and reflective practitioner with the ability to support and guide social workers within a busy FSP environment. Strong communication skills, effective decision-making, and a commitment to high standards of practice are essential.? Minimum 3 years' post-qualification experience ? Strong track record in safeguarding ? Long-term work experience ?
