About the Role
Make a Meaningful Impact Behind the Scenes at Capital City College.
Are you ready to make an impact at one of London’s leading Further Education providers? Capital City College is looking for a skilled Wellbeing and Mental Health Adviser to support and drive key operational functions, helping shape the future of education in the heart of London.
This role is offered on a part‑time (14 hours per week), term‑time only, permanent basis. The position works 40 weeks per year.
Responsibilities- Promote and support the mental, physical, and emotional wellbeing of learners.
- Deliver wellbeing initiatives, offer individual support and create an environment that fosters positive mental health, resilience, and personal development.
- Work closely with learners, staff, and external agencies to ensure holistic needs are met, enabling success both academically and personally.
You will join a friendly, professional team committed to delivering high‑quality support across the college. Working together, you’ll help create a positive and inclusive environment where everyone feels valued. The team has a strong collaborative culture, shares best practice and adopts innovative approaches.
About YouYou should bring:
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
- Clear and professional communication skills.
- Good understanding of trauma‑informed care and supporting vulnerable individuals.
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Experience of working with children, young people or vulnerable adults in a professional setting.
- Prepared to make a positive contribution to our college community.
