As a Senior Practitioner, you’ll play a pivotal role in preventing offending and reoffending, supporting young people, and helping shape a safer community. What You Will Do

Provide supervision and leadership within the Youth Justice Service.

Oversee court work, group work programmes, and complex case management.

Ensure the voices of children and young people are at the heart of all decision-making.

Support multi-agency working with key partners such as health, education, and community services.

Promote key initiatives including Restorative Justice, tackling serious youth violence, and improving health and educational outcomes for vulnerable young people.
