The role

As a key member of the Housing Solutions service, you’ll manage a caseload of housing and homelessness applications, deliver person‑centred housing options interviews, and work collaboratively with residents to create and maintain Personal Housing Plans. You’ll also liaise with partner agencies and landlords to prevent homelessness wherever possible and ensure all statutory duties are fulfilled with accuracy and integrity.

Key responsibilities
