Join Premier Housing Association, managing over 17,000 homes across London, and become the frontline guardian of resident safety. Partnering closely with the London Fire Brigade, you'll deliver vital fire safety services to ensure tenants live securely in their homes.

About the Role

This dynamic position focuses on proactive fire safety across our housing association properties. You'll triage concerns from tenants and teams, conduct Person Centred Fire Risk Assessments (PCFRA) and Personal Emergency Evacuation Plans (PEEPs), and lead on hoarding casework with social care partners.

Key Duties

  • Monitoring tenancy compliance and escalating issues for swift resolution.
  • Building partnerships, analysing trends, and championing fire safety through reports and resident engagement.
