Mears Group is looking for a Resident Welfare Officer to support a new service aimed at helping vulnerable individuals avoid homelessness and transition into stable accommodations. You’ll be responsible for assessing and planning welfare needs and providing tailored support to service users.
This role requires excellent communication skills, conflict management abilities, and a full UK Driving Licence. The position offers good benefits including 25 days annual leave and discounts through Mears Rewards.
