Location: Greater London

Location

Hybrid role – South London (Camden), North London (Camden), East (Norwich), North (Birmingham) and South (Haywards Heath). Travel within the designated region is required.

Salary

£50,849 – £63,561 per annum in London; £46,885 – £58,607 per annum elsewhere.

Hours & Contract

36 hours per week, Permanent.

Overview

We’re seeking dedicated Vulnerability Leads to shape and deliver our approach to supporting residents with complex needs across our social housing services. In this pivotal role you will lead the development and implementation of strategies to identify, support and safeguard vulnerable tenants, ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements while championing tenant wellbeing and driving improved outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to identify, support and safeguard vulnerable tenants.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, championing tenant wellbeing.
  • Collaborate across internal teams and external partners to reduce risk and strengthen vulnerability response.
  • Build strong links with health services, ensuring housing is represented in multi‑agency settings and that residents receive coordinated, person‑centred support.
  • Travel extensively within the designated region to support operational needs.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Strong expertise in safeguarding and housing regulation.
  • Hands‑on experience supporting vulnerable individuals.
  • Clear understanding of unmet health needs and proven ability to manage complex, high‑risk cases with sound professional judgement.
  • Experience working within multi‑agency or local authority settings is desirable.
