What you will do

Collaborate and liaise with various agencies within the MASH to assess and respond to safeguarding concerns effectively.
Analyse complex information swiftly to identify and manage risks to vulnerable children and families.
Provide expert advice and guidance on safeguarding practices and principles to fellow professionals.
Ensure that interventions are timely, proportionate, and focused on achieving the best outcomes for children.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all assessments and interventions for accountability and reference.
