What you will do:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of children and families to identify their needs, risks, and strengths.
  • Develop and implement effective care plans that protect and promote the well-being of children and families.
  • Engage with children, families, and other professionals to ensure collaborative support and interventions are effectively delivered.
  • Monitor and review care plans to ensure appropriateness and effectiveness of interventions.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports in line with statutory requirements and organisational policy.
  • Advocate for children and families to ensure their voices are heard and their best interests are prioritised.
