This is an exciting opportunity to launch your career in youth work and social impact. You'll be part of a new and growing programme supporting adolescent boys and young men (aged 13–19), helping to create spaces where they can explore the challenges and opportunities of growing up, build confidence, and develop positive futures.
You won't just be delivering a programme — you'll help shape it. As the work grows, new projects are being developed around media, podcasting, and peer engagement, and your ideas and energy will genuinely matter. If you're creative, adaptable, and care about young people, this role will give you real responsibility from day one.
