We are seeking newly qualified Social Workers dedicated to supporting residents with a range of needs, using strength‑based approaches to empower individuals to problem‑solve and enhance their own skills. You will manage a protected caseload of residents requiring support, including older people and people with physical disabilities.

We offer an Assessed and Supported Year in Employment (ASYE) to our newly qualified social workers, providing a structured and supportive environment to build upon existing learning, further develop skills and become competent social work practitioners.

• Conduct Care Act assessments and develop support plans.
• Complete reviews where packages of care have been arranged.
• Participate in team meetings and professional forums.
• Apply a preventative and strength‑based approach in your practice.
• Develop skills in safeguarding vulnerable adults.
• Complete the ASYE programme.

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• The ability to apply research‑informed practice in interventions.
• A collaborative approach, working effectively with multi‑agency partners.
• Keen to build upon existing learning, gain more experience and further develop skills and knowledge within a social worker role.
