Location: Greater London

We are offering an exciting opportunity for 2 full-time experienced PHE Homeless Outreach Workers to join the Southwark service, earning £23 per hour. This is an ongoing contract for a role that requires engaging street-based outreach work aimed at supporting individuals experiencing rough sleeping and complex needs.

What you will do
  • Engage with rough sleepers and help transition them into stable and secure living environments.
  • Collaborate with other agencies to provide tailored support that addresses complex individual needs.
  • Conduct outreach operations, both planned and responsive, throughout Southwark ensuring visibility and accessibility.
  • Liaise with local authorities, health services, and other charities to foster a supportive network around your clients.
  • Compile and maintain detailed records and reports to track progress and support informed decision-making.
