You will join a team of 8 experienced Social Workers and contribute your expertise to a well‑established and successful MASH service that is currently transitioning to an innovative Unitary One Front Door model. As part of this dynamic team, you will be responsible for providing an introductory service to all families entering the Southwark system. This role requires a confident practitioner who can make sound decisions in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining a child‑centred approach.

• Screening contacts and referrals.
• Making informed threshold decisions.
• Undertaking robust risk assessments.
• Developing and implementing safety plans.
• Identifying and coordinating appropriate support services.
• Working collaboratively with multi‑agency partners to safeguard children and promote positive outcomes.

• Qualified Social Worker with current Social Work England registration.
• Minimum of 2 years’ recent MASH experience.
• Strong knowledge of safeguarding legislation, statutory guidance, and threshold decision‑making.
• Excellent assessment, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multi‑agency environment.
