We are actively seeking experienced, qualified social workers to join our Adult Social Care services in Hammersmith & Fulham. You will be Social Work England registered, bring strong post qualifying experience, and feel confident working across complex statutory responsibilities including safeguarding, Mental Capacity Act practice, Care Act assessments, and strengths based planning. You’ll work in well supported teams with access to reflective supervision, manageable caseloads, and a culture that encourages respectful challenge and continuous learning.
