Wiltshire Council is seeking a Tenancy Sustainment Officer to provide crucial support to clients in maintaining housing and preventing homelessness. You'll work from one of our hubs in Trowbridge, Chippenham, or Salisbury, with opportunities to travel across Wiltshire.
Your responsibilities include assisting clients with benefit applications and budgeting, prioritizing rent payments, and fostering positive relationships with clients and stakeholders, particularly care-experienced young people facing unique struggles.
