Location: Greater London
Carrington West is looking for an experienced Move-On Coordinator in North London to help vulnerable individuals transition from temporary accommodation to long-term housing. You will coordinate move-on activities, collaborate with various agencies, and maintain records to ensure safe transitions.
The ideal candidate will have a background in housing services and strong case management skills. This position offers an initial 3-month contract with compensation of £27.91 per hour.
